Can't upgrade ReadyCloud

step one works.
step 2 does not work. the screen tells me there is no a registered nas available.
it is also possible to go for 'set up an new nas' but it brings me to the same screen telling ther is not a nas available.
so what is the solution in your answere?

Step 2 says "Click Sign in" then you get the sign in screen. Is your ReadyCLOUD automatically signing you in because of a password manager? That could be your problem. You don't sign in before migrating your account.
Step 3 takes place in the sign in screen, not after you login.

Thank you for asking. I should have updated the thread.
Eventually I figured it out. I fortunately did not click on the Leave button. The messages I received each time I tried to create and/or migrate my account didn't help directly, but they did help me to look into the data I was entering. I found that ever since this forum moved from the old (easy to use and understand) forum to this new (and much more confusing) one, I had trouble logging in. That caused me to create several different accounts with different passwords. So when I tried to migrate I entered either the wrong ID, the wrong password or the wrong ID and the password.
Bottom line: I'm good. Again thanks for the follow up.
I do have one related question: It seems that after I finish a post and hit the return key, I'm returned to the forum's sign-in page. Is this normal?
