May I ask what exactly happened after the update of ReadyCloud app? I hope you have also tried uninstalling the app then fresh install the one from download site.

Hi JennC, the new client app is incompatible with Yosemite. What happens is that a dialogue box comes up and says so; that's it. See attached image.
It's too late to inform us at that point. We want to revert to the old version so we can still use the functionality we had.

I've considered upgrading my OS -- I use El Cap on two computers at work. However, I don't want to attempt an upgradde until I fininish migrating a massive photo library from Apple Aperture to Adobe Lightroom. I really don't have a reason to upgrade until that's done. However, I generally do like to be up to date and a fairly early adopter
