ERROR Access Denied

I log into my ReadyCLOUD app (iPhone) and I see my NAS connected.

I click on it and see my home folder. When I select it to view the sub folders I am getting an ERROR Access Denied message.

    Hello Madcow68,

    Welcome to the community!

What is the FW version of your NAS? Is the account that you logged in to the app in an email address format? What is the name of the home folder you are trying to access?

Is this an updated ReadyCloud app?

    Regards,

The login has the email address.

The home folder is my email address (Atleast that is what it says on the folder).

Latest app in the App Store 1.5.8 (134)

I am new to Netgear and NAS.

      This is my first everything.
