Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
Hi all,
I am having an issue when logging into ReadyCloud so as to enable the service for remote access. When I input the (correct) email and password I get the error below, I tried restting my password (if it makes any difference) but the issue persisted;
I made sure that none of the users created clashed with regards to name or email address used and they dont and yet I cannot seem to get it working(image below).
Device: ReadyNAS 104
OS: 6.6.1
Enivronment: 3 person office

Issue is resolved,user's NAS configured wrong gateway address so it couldn't communicate with ReadyCLOUD server
