How to add my two old ReadyNAS Duo to a MyNetgear Account?
Hello, I own two old ReadyNAS Duo and backup pictures from my iPhone using an older version of ReadyCloud app and my ReadyCloud account. I didn't set up a MyNetgear account. That worked perfect unde...

Since the Duo does not support ReadyCloud, you have something confused. The Duo did support ReadyNAS Remote, which has been offline for quite a while now, but I guess that's what you had.
Your only real solution, other than purchasing a more up-to-date NAS, is a VPN, whihc would be best implemented via your router. That only gives you access to the NAS, so you'll need to separately set up a solution for the backup/sync.

No, I'm speaking of ReadyCloud App on iOS which is called RCloud. It gives me the possibility to backup pictures on my iPhone to my NAS. I'm using RCloud V1.5.6 actual is V2.0.7

The ReadyNAS Duo (V1, which you have, and V2 as well) do not now nor have they ever supported ReadyCloud. ReadyCloud is only available on ReadyNAS running OS 6, which your NAS cannot do.

Ok, from the beginning:
I'm running the App ReadyCloud (RCloud V1.5.6) on my iPhone iOS 14.4.2. With this App it is possible to log into my ReadNAS Duo V1 with FW 4.1.15. RCloud V1.5.6 saves new pictures on my iPhone to my ReadyNAS. That's working fine, you can believe me.
Logging into my account is possible using my old ReadyCloud account, I haven't migrated to a MyNetgear account. That's the fact!
Upgrading my iPhone's iOS to 14.5 don't let me launch the RCloud App V1.5.6 I don't know the reason. Therefore I'm looking for another possibility to backup my pictures to my ReadyNAS Duo via an App. It's NOT affecting my access to my ReadyNAS Duo that's further possible using a browser.

Was this working when you were away from home? Or only when your phone was on your local wifi?
The reason we are pushing back on this is that Netgear turned off the service that your NAS used for remote access back in 2017 (Ready Remote). After that, remote access was only available with OS-6 ReadyNAS, not your legacy 4.1.x Duo. https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Storage-Apps-Current/ReadyNAS-Remote-Photos2-Replicate-End-of-Service-announcement/td-p/1380425
But RCloud might have still worked when you were home.

Well, it is a 2015 app. Likely it was using some API calls that Apple eventually deprecated.

When you are home, Photosync should work, as should FTP manager (if you enable FTP on the NAS shares). You'd need a VPN for them to reach your NAS when you are away. Many newer routers (including Netgear Nighthawks and Orbis) have OpenVPN built in (and there is a free iOS app for it).
Personally I use Resilio Sync - which can back up photos to a PC when you are away without a VPN. My backup software then copies them onto the NAS. You could instead migrate them to the NAS using FreeFileSync (or similar program).
