I had same problem - clicked link - ReadyCloud continued stating "You have no registered devices". I use Thunderbird as my mail client. When I copied "link location" (right click the link) from TB and pasted it into web page it all started happening and the ReadyNas was recognised. (Sadly still can't access shares due to some other problem)

Hi Bell98,

Does your admin ReadyCLOUD account have the same problem? Also, do you have private home shares in all your ReadyCLOUD users?

    Apologies for being posted across so many threads.
    I've done a post of my Full Scenario on

    As far as the "No registered devices" problem, what worked best for me was - (This is with for a New User - not a migrated account.)
    Share a folder from admin account on ReadyCloud to the new user - this generates the email.
    Copy the link form the received email (I use Thunderbird)
    Paste the link into Chrome browser and make sure you have no adblocking running.
    This automatically found my ReadyNAS without any problem. - I'm not convinced Firefox works as easily.
    My "Full Scenario" addresses the "Home Folder" issue.
