IOS moblie client can't download picture

I get an errror message when connected to my ReadyNAS 212 via the IOS ready cloud app v. 1.5.9 (139).  I can see the photos in the shared folders no probelm but when I select "save to camera roll"  I get a message "Error Data Unavailable".  

 

I try to download the photo on the IOS and it says it downloads but I have no idea where it goes on the iPhone.   

 

Any ideas how to get the downloads to work?

    Can you see these same files and are you able to download them via ReadyCloud portal?
