Following the "new software "message I also installed the new versions... and now have the same issue.
How long do you think before a fix .... and where can I get the previuos version (1.12 ?) so I can uninstall v1.13 ?

FWIW, I uninstalled the client and now can use the web interface to access the remote NAS. Far from ideal, but better than nothing.
Very disappointed in lack of reaction from Netgear.

As per Deniro, the issues have been identified and a fix will be released for both the ReadyCLOUD and Plex. As for ETA, I apologize but I am within the loop regarding this kinds of information.
