Just installed version 1.14 and it worked for me.
Strange that version 1.13 was apparently not tested good enough, but the fix is ok.

Was at 1.12 and working
Update to 1.13, same .NET error message everyone is reporting
Just tried the 1.14 beta. Error message gone, but wil try connecting to my remote nas, times out, and mark it as offline (it is not).
HELP!OK, Just rebooted my remote nas and 1.14 now connected and uploading Sync files. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks.
