No devices found on android mobile readycloud login
My android mobile is suddenly not finding my device.
It is reporting logged in - you have no devices ... . Last week - this was working fine - and downloading photos without problem.
my desktop windows system ( RAIDar ) is connecting without problem and my Windows 10 tablet readycloud is also connecting without problem.
I can connect without problem via internet portal.
anyone have any ideas as to what has suddenly gone wrong with the Androlid access. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared all caches in case that was causing trouble.

I've tested it today on my mobile phone and it works just fine. Could you give another try and update this thread on what happens?

Yes - it was working just fine on my mobile last week.... but on trying to connect this week, got the 'you have no devices' response. Dont know why I have not made any changes and all my other devices ( PC, tablet etc ) are all working ok.
was just wondering if anybody had the same problem - or had had it and corrected it .
tried it again just now and got same response.

just as an addition.... I logged in on my mobile using another user account - and was successful - found my device and could see all the folders. could also access my own folders by changing the login when accessing the folder.
went back to log in as 'me' - and no device response came back.
can anybody explain why I cannot see the device for a specific login ?
