Remove devices from android ReadyCLOUD

I added Readynas to ReadyCloud and then I change HDD to new one. After installation system on new one, I added Readynas again to ReadyCloud.
How to remove first one from android ReadyCLOUD? Via www interface ther is no problem.

    Hello n_damian,

Sorry but your question is a bit confusing. What I understood is you changed the disks that were inserted to the ReadyNAS and re-enabled ReadyCloud again.

Please give me more detailed steps you have taken. ReadyCloud is a feature that you can disable and enable in the ReadyNAS admin page and it has nothing to do with adding or changing the disks inserted to the NAS.

    Regards,

        1. I added ReadyNas (rndu2000) to ReadyCloud.
        2. Turn off ReadyNas and insert new hdd.
        3. Turn on and reset device to factory default.
        4. I added ReadyNas (rndu2) to ReadyCloud.

Android app shows 3 devices. rndu2 and rndu2000 is the same Readynas. How to remove rndu2000 from android ReadyCLOUD list.

  • Thanks Brian. The only device I am currently using is the ReadyNAS RN102. The firmware is 6.4.1. In the ReadyCloud App, it lists the ReadyNAS, but it also lists multiple WNDR4300 routers. I do have a WNDR4300, but I am runing DD-WRT on it, so no ReadyCloud support.

I figured out home to remove the unwanted routers, but every time I go into the App, it still lists them. I have cleared the App's cache. On the ReadyCloud website, the only device listed is the ReadyNAS.

    Thanks,

    -Michael

        Thankd JennC.

Yes, I did at one time use the WNDR4300 with original firmware on the ReadyCloud App.  I don't remember having more than one listed before back when I used it previously.

        I am using ReadyCloud 1.2.2.

It looks like all is well now.  After removing the unwanted devices several times and clearing the App Cache and App Data, I am down to just the ReadyNAS in the ReadyCloud App.

        Thanks again,

        -Michael
