Hi rodcrit,
That seems odd. Can you tell us if the user that you're having problem with logging in is the admin or just an invited user with full access? Also, send me a PM together with your ReadyCLOUD username or email address.

It ws on my administrator login..... However:
I was having problems with the antivirus scanning ( was drastically affecting response times in browser ) was advised that the beta version of firmware ( 6.5.0 ) would fix this problem - so installed it ( and indeed it did ).
not only that - but I can now see my device from my android on my own login ????
there are strange things occurring in this world of ours.

6.5.0 Beta and ReadyCLOUD beta do not connect to production ReadyCLOUD servers. You would have to migrate over to the readycloud-test3 server as I notate in this thread.
