All fixed.
Thanks to Jie and Framer.................I now have access to my files on mobile.
All worked after Jie accessed my comp via team viewer.

In general, it is good to follow up via PMs if you don't hear back after putting the system into diagnostic modes. Netgear support (and mods) are multi-tasking, and somethings things do get accidently dropped.
