OS6, 6.5.0, ReadyCLOUD - Services Offline
Hello, I have RNDU4000 with OS6, running 6.5.0. I wanted to setup ReadyCLOUD, but it says at the top Internet Available, Services Offline. There is a question mark, but I cannot click it, so ...

I'm having a similar problem, local admin, cloud tab shows Internet green check, services red x when u turn on ReadyCloud switch. I tried to leave and rejoin with my netgear account login credentials and the behavior repeated, no services. I also changed the email address for the netgear account so it was different from the administration account, nothing changed. can see available apps on that tab, see all shares via ReadyCloud on other clients, but I cannot setup local users! Please help.

I think in my case it was because I had http/https services disabled.
