As far as I remember that is a limitation on the ReadyNAS sync. When I get a chance I will try it our in our office, I will try to give you feedback.

That's some limitation!
That and not being able to access any drive but my boot drive makes the ReadyNAS utterly useless for syncing.

It sounds like your goal is backup - is that correct?
If so, running a continuous (or scheduled) backup program on the PC with the destination on a NAS share might work out better.
(I agree that ReadyCloud sync is very limited).

I don't use ReadyCloud sync, but have you tried creating a symboilic link to the other drives on your boot drive? In some software, that gets around problems accessing drives (more often for mapped drives, but it could work here, too).
