AX4200 Limits
I have an AX4200 with one satellite. Only my download light is on. I am no longer able to consistently stream Amazon Music on multiple speakers. I have a 1 GIG download, but 50 WIFI devices connected.
Has the system malfunctioned?
Is it practical to run 50+ devices without dropping packets?
Do I need to upgrade to a newer model?
You'll need to get with the ISP and have them help you with the modem signal side of things. Ask for a tech on site visit.
Might try a power off of the CBR for 1 minute then back ON or try a full on factory reset and setup from scratch:
Should be good with those devices as along as you have a satellite to connect and have devices connect to the RBS.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network. All the LEDs should be ON in front on the CBR750. Check the user manual for LED behavior information as well.

Thank you. I have cycled the router/modem as indicated. WIFI speed consistently drops from 650 to 200 which correlates to drop of streaming music. Please see below.

Please include the data on the page farther down the Cable Connections page.
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
FW level is good and current for both CBR and RBS. Do not let the RBS be updated beyond v4.

Your logs look like you have line issues. But we can't tell you to high/low/or just errors in the line without the cable connections page.

Although not cleared by me, my Events Log is suddenly empty?

Thought power levels are mostly in spec, kinda all over the place from low channels to higher channels. Should be mostly in same range of power across all channels.
Correctables and un-correctables that should be mostly zeros.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Thank you for your suggestions. Helpful, but beyond my skill set.
Anything beyond the following that would prompt my ISP to reassessment of my connection?
- Power levels imbalance 6.4 (1.4 to 7.8) exceeds normal range (3.0)
- Correctables should be zero
- Frequent Critical/Warning entries in the event log (However, my Event Log has gone blank?)
In you opinion, is the AX4200 capable of handling 50-60 WIFI devices?
