problems to migrate ReadyCLOUD account
I have problems with an account is migrated in theory , but something has failed , when added to the nas , email me the user continues to appear and not as old accounts . only occurs with an account...

Hello ceitix,
I was told that these accounts cannot be deleted. Since that account name has no registered Netgear product then I guess it should be okay to just not to use it then with ReadyCloud and use the new one you created.
Though, I am still waiting for other answers about it.

hi JennC, thanks for your help
this is the situation:
migrate nas firmware to version 6.5.0 > DONE OK
migrate my account readycloud to mynetgear > DONE OK and I see the shared content
migrate another account using my family > DONE OK and I see the shared content
migrate another account using my family > DONE OK BUT and I DO NOT SEE the shared content (I think there was some problem in migrating this account)
if I go into administrator mode my nas I see the shared folders when users have access to the account of the problem appears the "user" and not "the email" as they appear migrated accounts shown, so I think that despite appearing Migrated , there is a problem with that account...
I also tried to remove the account from readcloud web entering with my account manager, but could not, I still appears, I can only change the permissions to that account
thank you :)

Hello celtix,
When you invite a user to access a share to your NAS via ReadyCloud, that user will receive the invitation via email.
The user needs to open that email and click the "link" that will connect to the server and ask to login, log in using the myNetgear account.

the account already had access to the nas . When I migrated account stopped working
Now , if I remove or add him access only reaches an informative email that requires no action, with this text:
"
Hello xxxx, xxxx has updated access (ReadOnly) to the shared folder "folderx" (on NASNAME)
Thank you,"

Hello ceitix,
Log in using your main ReadyCloud account then add another folder to access by the user. This user should receive an invite through email. Have that user click the email link to redirect to ReadyCloud.
Do not forget to log out the main ReadyCloud account from ReadyCloud site first before logging in the invited user.
Regards,
