migrate ReadyCLOUD account doesn't work
I got several E-mails to migrate my used readyCloud account to a single-sign-on (SSO) account.
I used the "how to do's", such as:
"After the transition, when you visit ReadyCLOUD, you will be prompted to migrate to a MyNETGEAR account.
During the migration, you will be asked to enter your existing ReadyCLOUD account credentials.."
Nothing happens like that. I can't find any hint for the "transition".
Does anyone know what I have to do?
