Hello horia747,
Have you tried on a different web browser? How about clearing browser cache?

Neither of those solutions have worked.

Hi horia747,
Is your system still functional? Do you still have access to your files? And can you still make changes on the admin page like creating a new user /or share, changing permission settings?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Hi Brian,
I am unable to add new users because it needs me to do that through readycloud. When I login to readycloud (also from a machine on the same network) it says the NAS is offline and to check conectivity.
Readycloud used to work before a firmware update a few months ago. NAS was purchased on the 14th of Janurary 2016 and readycloud was working with the initial updates.
I can still access all my files on the local network through windows exporer but I cant use the NAS outside the network right now.

Are you using a public IP address for the NIC in your NAS?
Looks like the cloud services are restarting constantly.
UPnP has some difficulty connecting.
You may wish to check both your NAS configuration and your router configuration.

Hi mdgm,
No I havent set up a public IP address. Unfortunately I do not own the network I am on and so I am not able to configure router settings. I contacted the company and they said it should work but cant guarantee it. As mentioned in a previous post, readycloud was working a few months ago before a firmware update.

Unfortunately, if you can't control the router settings, the problems you are experiencing may be specific to a change in network settings. Someone may have turned off PnP, or blocked a port, preventing you from accessing the device remotely. I think a rundown of your exact configuration would be helpful.
