Hello teflonhybrid,
In the admin page > Cloud > ReadyCloud, you should see your main account in "signed in as", this should be in an email address format and the same account you use to login to ReadyCloud portal. Also, under Accounts, make sure the email address you registered as myNetgear account is not listed under Users, it should only be under Cloud Users. Please post a screenshot if you can. Hide some part of the email address.

I've done what you said.

I see. Then, please go to readycloud.netgear.com and login using the MyNetgear account you used to turn on the ReadyCloud from the admin page.
