Hotmail Account Users not receiving invite email
Hi, I am using the Netgear 204 system everything running nicely. Software 6.3.5 Though I would set up ReadyCloud Access for family to folders. Everyone I invite that has a hotmail.com address...

I also had no problems receiving the email on a test hotmail.com account. My guess is the problem is located somewhere on the receiving end / Microsoft. For a test try adding readycloud@netgear.com as a contact at your hotmail account and see if this helps.

Hi EskenderNG,
I have sent the emails to numerous addresses including my own hotmail account.
They have not appeared in any junk mail or spam folder, have not appeared anywhere.

Can you please check if the email addresses you invited are listed under Manage on your main ReadyCloud accnt?
I tried this just now with my own hotmail account and I recieved the invite, as well as yahoo.

Hi, yes they are all under Manage, but they all say Pending and no one has received the invite....
