But was this a paid program?? When I searched on Google, it said it was paid. Is that correct?

      ReadyNAS vault costs $10 per TB.  There are cheaper services out there.  In some cases it is easier to set up the service on a PC (which either has the NAS data volume mapped to a drive letter, or which has a local backup of the NAS file).
