Hello again:
hear my settings. Both NAS are behind a switcht:
Nas 312:
IP 4 fiexed address
router: my router
DNS: 8.8.8.8, 4.4.4.4, myrouter
IP 6 enabled, DHCP
Cloud Internet OK, Services not availabel
Nas102:
IP 4, dhcp
DNS: my router
Cloud Internet OK, Services OK
Both NAS work fine with the cloud. It seems only that Nas312 shows srevice not available but the service is available.
My Problem is solved. Thanks for your help!

Hello MarcusObergromb,
You might want to try firmware version 6.7.5 that has been officially released.

Hello together,
sorry for delaying. I had no time to check it earlier.
IP6 is disabed.
NOw the nas is directly connected to the router.
I rebooted the nas.
I checked the mentioned firmware update, but the nas says it has the newest version 6.7.4.
The cloud service is not availabel until now.
Should the 8.8.8.8 be the first DNS or is it sufficient it is the second an my router the first.
I have disabled encryption nothing changed.
Regards Marcus

Check it both ways.

It is released, but not on the update server yet. You can download it to you your PC and manually install ( https://kb.netgear.com/000038857/ReadyNAS-OS-6-Software-Version-6-7-5 ). But there's nothing in the release notes about ReadyCloud fixes.

I made the update today,
I checked diffrent DNS settings.
1. my router first, then google (8.8.8.8)
2. google first 8.8.8.8
3. 8.8.8.8 first my router second
4. 8.8.8.8 first, 4.4.4.4 second.
I checked again the IP 6 Settings. They are enabled now, maybe because of the update.
When I try to disable in any one of the network-Adapters i get the warning, that no acces to the nas is possible any more.
Only one network adapter is in use. There a lot of data on the Nas, Should I backup all, reset o factory default and try again?
Or they're other possibleties yet?
I almost forgot: Thank you very much for your support!- StephenBJun 30, 2017Guru - Experienced User

This is odd. Can you ping the NAS using it's IPv4 address?
