Hi n_damian,
Try to clear the cache of the app or uninstall/reinstall it.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

It doesn't help.
When I installed ReadyCLOUD on the new device (iPad) I have the same problem.

Hello n_damian,
Can you try removing your ReadyCloud account from the rndu2/rndu2000 then re-add it?

When I removed ReadyCLOUD account from rndu2 only rndu2 disappeared from list.
After re-add account to rndu2 nothing changed. rndu2000 is still on list.- JennCJan 01, 2016NETGEAR Employee Retired
Hello n_damian,
What's the model number of the ReadyNAS that appears as rndu2/rndu2000? Is it ReadyNAS Ultra 2 that is running on OS6?
Can you try creating another ReadyCloud account then invite it as a user of rndu2, then log in using this secondary account and see if the same results?
Regards,
