Hi
The original account has been migrated to the new Netgear account and does not work. In the end i created a new account and have successfully used that to access Readynas remote. The secret is not to migrate your acccount if you use the older Readynas remote software

Hello Spurs1984,
If you are not using ReadyCloud and a ReadyNAS OS6 unit then it is better if you do not upgrade your account so you won't get confused but as advised by Netgear, all should be migrated to SSO. The SSO migration is for the users to use just one account to access registration of his/her Netgear products as well as signing in to ReadyCloud. As for ReadyNAS Remote, you should be using the old account name and use the password of the myNetgear account.
For example, your ReadyNAS Remote and ReadyCloud account is xyz and then after migration it is now using email address that is associated with it which xyz@email.com, upon migration it asked you for a password to setup with the new account. After this migration, you should still be able to use the old xyz account name with ReadyNAS Remote and ReadyNAS Replicate, but the password you should use with it is the password of your new account xzy@email.com.
Regards,
