Ready cloud windows app

Hii,

 

this weekend my RN102 has done an os reinstal (all my users where deleted and my admin account was reset)

Now i have the problem that i can login to my readycloud account on the windows app but it says my NAS is 'offline' web app also dont want to connect.

When im home i can connect localy to my NAS.

 

Anny one a solution ?

    Hello mikedhooer,

     

    There was a problem on ReadyCloud last week, please see post. So, make sure ReadyCloud is turned ON again on your ReadyNAS admin page. Also, did any of your ReadyCloud users lose their data stored to their ReadyCloud home folders?
