ReadyCloud 6.2 desktop app VPN connection time

Hi

I am wondering what the normal time is for the ReadyCloud desktop application to connect via VPN mode. Everything works fine but when I log in from my office, hotel room or any other remote network the connection time is about 4-7minutes before I can access my ReadyNas at home. Is this a normal waiting time?

As soon as I am connected I get great upload and download speed so I don't think it has to do with my broadband connection at home.

Any suggestions to improve this?
