Readycloud and NV+ - no discover...

Hi!
Having problem with discover my NV+ via Readycloud. Does anyone know why? Does it support all firmware, OS etc?

Readycloud is for the new line (RNxxx)

ReadyCloud only sees the new just released products. NTGR left older platforms to die.
