Unable to discover ReadyNAS 316 from ReadyCloud account
FW 6.6.0
I have been able to create one ReadyCloud account and discover the RN316 using the serial number, all other discovery methods fail.
In the cloud tab both internet and services are available and it shows as signed with my user name.
I am able to access my files using the mobile app and PC app.
I am now trying to add a second user. I have set up a readycloud account for the user and logged in but I am unable to discover the device by any method.
Any assistance would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks
DJ
Hello djmc117,
Are you logging in to ReadyCloud portal and not through the app? This is where you should be able to invite a ReadyCloud user too.
Also, the account that shows as "signed un" in the admin page's Cloud > ReadyCloud should be in an email address format.
Welcome to the community!

Hello djmc117,
Are you saying that the main ReadyCloud account is already entered in the admin page and when you login to ReadyCloud portal it shows that you have no registered device? Maybe you can try clicking Home tab from the portal and see if you get the same results.
Let me know.
