OK, I resolved this myself.
Apparantly the X next to Services is bad so I went down that route to TS I Found this thread and edited the lnconfiguration.xml with WinSCP and rebooted. All good!
Anyone else looking at this thread, you will need to enable SSH and give your admin account SSH rights under the user account on the dashboard.
You can close this now. Thanks.

I also wanted to ask about the "X Services Unavailable" on the cloud menu?
That was why I suggested checking the network. You should see green checks next to both Internet Available and Services Available.
It's possible that your firewall is blocking port 6300 inbound, so maybe check on that next (see the security tab on ReadyCloud settings).
Using the readycloud portal might also help you sort this (readycloud.netgear.com)

Opened 6300 in-bound and still the same. There are no blocks going out.

Are you seeing anything at readycloud.netgear.com?

yes, all the folders and files are accesible. the desktop client works as well remotely. i have seen a few posts with people expressing the same issues with a mobile client and none have any kind of resolve.

I just realized that the Desktop Client App was installed on a server that I have a site-to-site VPN running. If I bring down the vpn the Desktop App just says Online (VPN Disconnected) so I guess the desktop app doesnt work either.
