RN214 Readycloud App on Android
The App, downloaded from the Google Play Store to my Samsung Galaxy S8, worked perfectly until a month ago. Now no connection can be made due to a java error.
Message:

Last week I downloaded the Readycloud.apk file from the Netgear site and installed it, but with the same result.
I myself cannot resolve this problem.
Could anyone please help me out?
Kind regards,
Frans Tiel

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)
Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but routers are nothing like the RN21400|ReadyNAS 214 Series 4- Bay listed in your footer, so you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:

Thanks Shumaku, for directing me towards the solution.
I found some Netgear articles on the topic.Solution: I created a new account in the Readycloud environment (not already existing in the ReadyNAS environment) and connected the Readycloud to that account.
I am very surprised that management of accounts in both ReadyNAS and Readycloud environments appears to be complex.
The Netgear guidelines I read about this topic were not really clear (perhaps they are for insiders) and sometimes contradictionary with the images on my screen. e.g. no [Bind] button exists on the login screen.
Anyway... the App now cooperates perfectly with the Readycloud environment.
