Readycloud App | Can't open neither PDFs nor WORD Files anymore
I've installed the REDAYCLOUD APP on my iphone 6 with OS 10.3.2
If I access a file stored on my nas via the app I cannot open PDFs or word files anymore. Picture formats like jppegs are accessable.
- Accessing a PDF the screen stays grey.
- Accessing a WORD file the screen stays grey and the message "OFFICE OPEN XML FORMAT" is shown
Neither a restart nor the reinstallation of the app could solve this issue.
Would like to amend that both PDFs and WORD files were accessable in eralier times.
Any recommendations or hints wrt this problem?

The app does not show the full path of the file.
I start the readycloud app, click on the relevant share and navigate through the folder structure to the particular file and try to open it.
Unfortunately there is no additional path information shown which could be copied here.

I just want to know where you put the WORD and PDF file. Such as /data/Documents/test_folder.
So what is your file path to put WORD and PDF file?
