ReadyCloud Desktop App shows OFFLINE - Ready NAS 626x
ReadyCloud Desktop APP shows NAS as OFFLINE. Uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled the app. when on local network it works fine but when using an external network it shows offline.
i have a readyNAS 626X and Ready NAS 314 and both are having the same issue. i am using frimware 6.10.7
does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Have you tried rebooting the NAS? If yes and it is still having the same issue try checking if the NAS has Internet and Services has check marks. This is available under the Cloud tab.

Thanks for the reply, I have rebooted the device a few times now and it does have internet. I am able to connect while on local network. please see below screenshot showing Internet & Service available

Are you using a Mac or Windows PC? I would suggest contacting Support via readynassupport@netgear.com to get a case created. You can attach the logs and screenshots on that E-mail as well.
