ReadyCloud Hangs saying "Connecting" Then says "Offline"

As above really. I log in, then it says connecting for ages, then says "Offline"

I know the server is online as I'm using my network drives. 

 

I'm throughly confused as it has worked well for so long. I've tried rebooting both the PC and the server. Also tried uninstalling then reinstalling ReadyCloud but nothing. still the same.

 

Windows 10 1909 is installed, and I'm about to download a NET 3.5 and 4.8 update to see if that helps.

    Yes, I can log on to the main page and all is as it should be.

    It now seems to working (for the moment at least ! ) :smileyembarrassed:

     

    I'm starting to think it was a Windows 10 update bug

    Hi twopods,

     

    Are you able to access the NAS when you try it on the ReadyCLOUD web portal (readycloud.netgear.com)?

     

    Did you encounter the same issue when you try it on another PC?
