Hi everytime,
Do you have a DNS (like 8.8.8.8) added in the active NIC/s on your ReadyNAS? Have you tried logging in/out your ReadyCLOUD admin under the Cloud tab? Perhaps, rebooting the system or network would help.

Hi. Thanks. It has been working fine with no DNS Servers listed, but I tried your first suggestion. I added 8.8.8.8 as a DNS Server under IPv4. Then I went to the Cloud screen and it showed "Internet Available" and "Services Available."
I don't understand it, but adding that server seems to have fixed the problem. Thank you again for your assistance.

Note that if you also have the router IP address in the DNS list you can alternatively add it to your router - then you could remove it from the NAS itself.
BTW 8.8.8.8 is Google's public DNS server.
