Readycloud login issue
I can login to Readycloud with the email address I created used to create register my NAS but any other user I add and invite can't connect. It see the NAS device but says it's offline, yet if I use the primary email address fromt the same computer it connects fine. I tried to disabel encryption but then it just sits there trying to connect but never goes through.
My account is upgraded and I'm running FW 6.5.1 and client v1.13
Can someone plese provide a solution.

Hi shadowjack57,
Welcome to the community!
Does any of these ReadyCLOUD accounts are being used as an e-mail by your registered local ReadyNAS users? Also, have you tried creating a test (new) ReadyCLOUD account that will serve as secondary user and check if it will get the same behavior?
Kind regards,
BrianL

I have two NAS boxes and both are set up with Readycloud and both use the same user information. Can I delete one or both of them and start over?
