Readycloud: NAS appears offline

Hi All, I'm lost. My device appears offline and I can't find an answer on the board that I feel comfortable with trying. I read I should delete my Readycloud acount en apply for a new one. - 'only the personal folders will be lost' will this affect maps on my NAS? I'm affraid I loose acces overall and loose pictures etc. Someone willing to help? Much appreciated

    Hello StefanSchout007,

You may use the ReadyCloud account that has admin rights and log it in to the ReadyCloud portal to grabe the files stored to each ReadyCloud account home share. You may also do this when you are logged in to the admin page and go to Shares > Home Folders, when you get to this location, it will show all Home shares that is also including the local user home share.
