ReadyCloud not allowing user to see folders
I am trying to setup ReadyCLOUD so a user can access my NAS over the internet, I have tried to follow instructions and have done everything required but the user still cannot access the NAS completel...
try setting up permissions again using the instructions given on this link:

If it still fails to get access to the cloud once permission is set, I suggest you contact the support team.
