    Hi aniraghome,

There is a new version of Readycloud app for iOS (2.0.2). You may try installing that and see if that will resolve the issue.

    Regards,

    Hi aniraghome

What FW is installed on your NAS? Have you tried installing v2.0.1?

Please make sure that you are connected to the LAN or thru mobile data when trying to connect and also your NAS should have the Internet and Services check marks available.

You can also check the Network settings of your NAS and Add DNS 8.8.8.8 and your Router address.

    Hope this helps!

    Regards

Can you provide us a Screenshot of the error? Can you login and access your NAS when using the portal?
