Readycloud not working properly
Hey all!
So I have my USB hard drive connected to my R7000 and set up a ready cloud account. It shows my USB hard drive connected to it but when I click browse to view the files it doesn't show them at all in the web browser. It just flips me back to the R7000 icon instead of showing me a directory listing of what is on my USB hard drive. I checked to see if it works on the apple mobile app and I can browse all the files on my USB hard drive perfectly fine. Is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks!

- chappccTutorI have the same problem. I have a USB hard drive attached to the R7000. I can add files from either Mac or Windows machines, but cannot see files when logging in through ready cloud.netgear.com
- FairytailVirtuosoLet me try this if I get the same problem but before doing it may I know web browser did you use or have you tried all browsers?
- chappccTutorThe behavior is the same on Safari, Firefox, Chrome in OS X 10.10.3 and IE in Windows 8.1
- chappccTutorAfter reading about hdd format for Readycloud, I re-formatted my hdd to a single ext4 partition with GPT. It now appears to be working properly with Readycloud. If the situation changes i will update.
- FairytailVirtuosoWhat was the format of your HD which did not work?
- chappccTutorPreviously I had two partitions: HFS and FAT32. The hdd was partitioned using my Mac.
The new partition was created using gparted. - chappccTutor

After a month, Readycloud now shows I have no USB drive attached. I can only see the R7000 icon. I can access my USB attached drive directly from my computer (Mac) without issue. Any help is appreciated. - chappccTutorReboot (power cycle) and firmware update got me back to Readycloud access.
