Hi! I have trouble to connect to the NAS with Readycloud. The problem is related to the ReadyCloud user. If I log on as me everything is ok, but if I log as my wife it only shows the NAS symbol an...
Try stopping the readycloud service and reboot the NAS, after you do this enable the readycloud service again. If it will give you the same thing with your wife's account I suggest you contact support.
