Hi! I have trouble to connect to the NAS with Readycloud. The problem is related to the ReadyCloud user. If I log on as me everything is ok, but if I log as my wife it only shows the NAS symbol an...
After being away from home a couple of weeks, the same problem came back, but on my account! Everything was working fine on all accounts and all HW before we left but now only my wifes account works. We havent touched the NAS during this weeks, and it has been powered on whole time.
Unfourtunatly Nhellies suggestion didn´t work this time.
Is it anybody out there with a good idea? Our support time at Netgear is out since a long time, and I´m rather tired of this unit at this time...
