ReadyCloud on a Redirect Loop
Hello Community,
I'd like to report an issue that my users have been expirencing using the latest Google Chrome browsers.
Version 88.0.4324.190 some users expirence in my team expirence this issue while others do not.
Basically what is going on is that users are expirencing a indefinate redirect loop between HTTPS and HTTP loop.
The users who do not expirence this issue seem to either have low security or chrome and stays on HTTP and everthing works fine.
The users who have this issue replicated if they opened the readycloud website (http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=access) via firefox they are able to login sucessfully with out an issue.
We've tried clearing HTST from the chrome browser entering the Domain to clear the policys
The issue also replicates on Incognito windows of chrome as well.
From our testing we also saw a 403 error on the console log
Here is a Video of our issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4Ofg3Ki6gI&feature=youtu.be
Please Advise,

Welcome to the Community!
I have the same build of Chrome browser but also not experiencing any issues with it. Have you tried clearing browsing data on the workstations that are having issues accessing ReadyCloud?
Perhaps trying to reinstall the Chrome browser is another option if clearing the data will not help.
Also all your users are connecting to the same ISP right?

Hey Marc_V
We've tried clearing cache and cookies. The issue still replicates even in Incognido.
The thing is wired, its feels like it keeps redirecting itself between HTTPS and HTTP but there might be some sort of script that keeps detecting HTTP and forcing a HTTPS page but then it redirects back to HTTP in an endless loop.
The same account can exhibit this behavior, theres got to be some sort of security setting that is being enabled on any new installations of Chrome and I cant figure out whats causing it.
We have two computers with the same Chrome version and one exhibits the behavior and one does not and also the same AD account and same Netgear account
However one PC (that does have this issue) was just installed chrome recently while the other PC has had Chrome installed for more than a few months.
This is a sporatic issue that some chrome browsers replicate and some do not.- CHEN369Aspirant
And Yes, we do use the same ISP..
We even went as far as using the Same Server (13.35.90.80)
Thinking that maybe theres a problem with a Server somewhere ..
that did not work unfortunatly. We tired diffrent ISPs and same thing..
Some Chrome browsers work some dont even if they are the same version
