ReadyCLOUD Services offline
A while a go I set up the ReadyCLOUD service from my mac and for a brief period I did have a stable connection but now I only get Services Offline, I've tried to reinstall the App and start the reins...

4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2 belong to Level 3 Communications. I don't think Level3 has published them as open servers (at least I've seen no clear statement from them), though many people might be using them.

Hi HeathM,
There is a possibility that the ReadyNAS is not reaching our cloud servers. In most cases, setting a public DNS resolves it. Try using DNS' like 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.1 or Google's public DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Many thanks, input the values for 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 respectively and ReadyCLOUD is now back online.
