Readycloud shared folder access issue
Readycloud shared folder access issue | (Problème d'accès aux dossier partagés Ready cloud).
All,
I've an issue regarding Ready Cloud shared folder access. I've activated ReadyCLOUD, ReadyDROP and ReadyNAS remote functionality following [ReadyNAS_OS6_SW_UM_15Aug2013.pdf] documentation and Admin account.
I've created two ReadyCLOUD user accounts: the Admin and a user. Both have same access through same shared folders (Read/Write), granted by Ready CLOUD web page portal.
I can access to (shared) folders with both account using ReadyCLOUD web page access but I can not have access using ReadyCLOUD IPhone Application. I phone can be connected using cellular or wifi, to the ReadyNAS internal network or not, same issue... :evil:
When I'm trying to connect using IPhone application, I can see my Ready NAS, then I click on: system perform search and answer me "There is no share folder".
I've perform checks on all NAS settings from Admin page and Ready CLOUD page, all seems OK.
I don't uderstand why it's working using web interface and not with IPhone Apps. If anybody can help me.

Did you find a solution to this issue? If you have I would appreciate if you would let me know as I am experiencing the same issue when using the ReadyCloud IPhone and Android apps.

I guess there won't be many solutions posted here as mobile apps (either iOS or Android) ar just big pieces of bulls***t... Actually it does'nt work unless you set no access restriction on your shared folders, that means you have to let the "Everybody" read/write access enabled.
Very useful.... - I can't get readycrap to work at all (so you have me beat!) Hardware design is nice. SW is crap. CEO needs to fix this.
- Hi, I've changed the permissions on the shares to read/write access for Everybody but it still does not work. Do you know of any 3rd party apps that will sync my iphone photos to my ReadyNas 104? Cheers
