ReadyCLOUD unable to add new user

I am attempting to add a new user to readycloud but no shares are listed other than homedirectories of existing users.  I have tried using Firefox, edge, and safari browsers. I can see shares of local NAS.  Remote NAS shares do not show up in browser.  Using readycloud app shows all shares normally on pc and Mac.

anyone have any ideas?

    There is currently an issue that is being worked on with ReadyCloud portal. Desktop or mobile apps is not affected. As a workaround kindly use the apps for now.

        You should still be able to invite users to access ReadyCloud shares you have but they will have to use the Desktop app or Mobile app.

         

        Adding users, you will have to invite them using their created MyNETGEAR account.
