Readycloud USB = No volumes / USB sticks
Hi everyone, new to the forums. Anyways, I recently picked up a R6400 and having a hell of a time getting the Readycloud working.. I have tried unregistering multiple times and started another account with no luck; I have tried 3 different hardrives and still nothing. Readycloud IOS says I'm online and when I click on the router, it says connecting then disconnected. The windows applicantion always shows offline and the web application says its healthy but shows nothing but the router. I also cannot access FTP externally...
Other things on this router seems to work fine, I can access the drive through the home network, my PlayStation recognized it as a server. I was thinking maybe because I'm running DSL I have a setting wrong or maybe because I have a router hooked up to a router? I don't know!
I've looked and tried a lot of things these past few days, is there anyone that can help me get it up and running? This is the main feature of me buying a Cloud router...
Thanks in advance,
Don
