ReadyCloud user setup is ReadyConfusing
I've not been so frustrated for a long time.
I have a ReadyNAS 316 (Firmware: 3.2.4). Initially I created local users and setup shares and then wanted to give them access via ReadyCloud but apparently the ReadyCloud users are different. I can't figure out if it is even possible so I started down the route of creating new users.
All the help (for the most part) is based on an old ReadyCloud UI so the "Invite Users" button that is so obvious in the support page walk through is no longer visible. If it is supposed to be it is missing.
So I start by:
- selecting the share
- Click the "Share" button
- Type in the email address I want to share
- Select Read/Write
- Click invite.
The user:
- gets the email
- Clicks the confirm link
- Creates a new account (userId = email) or logs in using existing ReadyCloud account
- Clicks "Confirm"
- Sees the eternal spinner.
I left it to spin and came home because it was taking forever. I assume after 30 minutes it would be done but the device doesn't show up. I see the message that says:
"Currently you have no registered or shared devices"
If I log back in as the admin user, the new user shows up in the share list with read/write access.
Not sure what to do now. If I try having them click the confirmation link from the email it says it has expired.
What am I doing wrong? I do have one user (the user that was used to enable ReadyCLoud) that works.

After letting it sit overnight, the user still can't see the NAS via the portal or using the ReadyCloud client on Windows. What next?
