ReadyCloud users don't see content of shared folders
Dear all As a ReadyCloud user with Read/Write access I can't see the content of shared folders. (See picture). If I log in with the ReadyCloud admin user though I see the content in the s...

I checked with NETGEAR Support
They advised for following steps:
- Check DNS entrys, add 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.2.2
- Leave ReadyCLoud and rejoin. Reinvite the users.
Finally I did "Reset permissions" under the tab "File Access" for all Shared folders. This worked for me!

Well thanks for the hint. I have theese dns servers set since i first configured the nas. So from my opinion not that was the reason. I think they fixed the issue and said something to not look bad their image.

It does seem odd that DNS issues continue to persist with ReadyCloud, but adding 8.8.8.8. often does resolve the problem.
For me it's more of a workaround than a fix. But it's clear from posts here that it works for some users.
