I can logout, yeah....!
Login again and try to upload my pictures >9000 (pictues), but no luck today!
Anyway the latest update doesn't solve the earlier issue (reported last year 2017): "Error Request faild: 409 - conflict (in ReadyCloud)".
Error Request faild: 409 - conflict (in ReadyCloud) - this problem is still there!

I updated my app as well and had the same problem of it not working. I turned off my phone for a few minutes, turned it back on, and then it started working. My biggest problem is that it reset my media backup so it wanted to copy 8,000 plus pictures to the ReadyNAS again. Then in conjunction with the server 409 error, I gave up. I started backing up photos via a usb flash drive with the lightning plug for iPhone. Then take that Backup, plug it into the computer and drag and drop onto the ReadyNAS. I can access all my photos and now I have an additional backup stored on a flash drive as well.

Hello Kmalin15
Did you backup photos in your home network(LAN mode)?I don't see such error when backing up 4000+ photos to ReadyNAS.
can you change destination folder to see if it can fix the issue?
- Kmalin15Apr 04, 2018AspirantYes I was connected locally. Mine works for the most part, I just didn’t want to deal with backing up 8,000 pictures again and having duplicates. The flash drive method just seems to work better for me and it doesn’t tie up my phone for too long. Backing up using the ReadyCLOUD app takes my phone too long and I can’t do anything else or it’ll stop the Backup. I do have it set to back up in the background but I don’t think that works either.

Hi,
Last year 2017 reported and Netgear knows the issue (please see in a previous chapter of it), but seems still not working after the latest update. ReadyCloud v2.0.1 (iPhone 7+)
All works fine till the latest OS (6.9.3) update!
In between I need to backup more than > 9000 picture!
LAN: there is or was nothing changed. Even when a new directory is created the issue is still there.
@netgear: Did Netgear check carefully the latest version before updating?
Do you have recommends what further to do for all customers how have the same issue?
Actually I curious what happens behind the screen to solve this issue sinds 2017?

Hi,
My I asked Netgear why I didn't get any reply on my topic?

Agreed. ReadyCloud v2.0.1 does not work on iOS 11.3. Just tried it again and it still does not work.
Reinstalled the app and still does not work. Get "Error - Network Error occured" after selecting my ReadyNAS unit
Netgear - Any update on a fix?
